Mr. Ekonomou has over 25 years of experience in environmental and regulatory compliance consulting, legal and financial transactions; domestic and international project experience; federal and state government legislative and public affairs; and proven strategic, negotiation and team building skills. Mr. Ekonomou's management responsibilities include direction of project-team members, direct client interface, supervision of subcontractors, litigation support, and agency negotiations. Business development duties include building client relationships, proposal development, cost estimation, and scope of work preparation.

Mr. Glenewinkel has 16 years of experience in interstate gas pipeline regulatory, certificate, and contractual matters. He has strong leadership skills in managing and supervising professionals in the business and environmental areas. His experience includes preparing, coordinating, and filing projects with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and obtaining approval of major tariff changes and certificated projects. He also has six years experience in environmental services management.

Mr. Heslep is a State of Texas, Licensed Professional Geoscientist, with over 12 years experience. He has hands-on project experience including performing 100+ environmental investigations, permitting, and assessments throughout the Gulf Coast, Midwest, and Northeast regions of the United States as well as Mexico. Mr. Heslep also has significant experience in waste management, geology, petroleum geology, groundwater hydrology, soil and groundwater remediation, implementation of numerous waste management and site characterizations, and assessment / remedial investigations. Additionally, Mr. Heslep is well versed in contaminants of concerns such as cyanide, metals pesticides, herbicides, gasoline, diesel hydraulic oil, chlorinated solvents, asphalt and tar, PCBs, and dioxins.

Mr. Melton has nearly 30 years of environmental experience that includes extensive compliance work for air, water, solid & hazardous waste matters for operations, treatment storage and disposal, remediation, transportation, discharges, releases, emissions, emergency response, capital projects, construction, community relations, and corporate management, including application of regulatory requirements, policies and governmental agency interaction. He has contributed to extensive Environmental and Industrial projects functioning as an Engineer and Project Manager for clients in energy, O&G, waste management, chemicals, refining, paper, port operation and industrial development. Additionally, Mr. Melton has served on an EPA Task Force.

His project experience categories include: development of pipeline integrity management programs and operating procedures, development of environmental compliance procedures, permitting, personnel training, site investigations and closures, water treatment/ storm water management design, and litigation / insurance claims evaluations.

Ms. Elliott has over 15 years experience as an Air Quality Specialist and Meteorologist. Her experience includes dispersion modeling for risk assessment and permit applications in the energy, cement, chemical, aluminum, natural gas and construction industries. Ms. Elliott's has managed and prepared, concurrently, Title V permit applications for 15 sites which included preparation of documentation for emission inventories covering criteria pollutants and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs), determining applicability of state and federal regulatory requirements under the Clean Air Act and dispersion modeling for 5 of the 15 sites that required modeling for the NAAQS. She has also processed meteorological data (incorporating digital terrain data), prepared input model runs for vapor, particle and particle-bound phases, conceived and designed programs in FORTRAN language to facilitate and expedite air quality modeling, processed and quality assured on-site and NWS meteorological data for use in EPA models and prepared air dispersion modeling analyses using EPA programs for both state NAAQS/SAAQS and federal PSD permits. Additionally, Ms. Elliott has experience training facility and corporate staff/employees in the air quality process, procedures and modeling.

Management experience includes directing and supervising all phases of assessments and remediation projects. Mr. Poynor has specific experience in the assessment and remediation of soils and ground water impacted by crude oil, gasoline, diesel, condensate, jet fuels, PCBs, chlorinated hydrocarbons, and lead; design and oversight of waste reclamation of characteristically hazardous and non-hazardous sludges and tank bottoms; design of water treatment systems; design and oversight of large scale excavation and remediation projects; testing and interpretation of aquifer characteristics; supervising remediation system installation and operations and maintenance activities. Project management experience includes: site assessments, UST removal projects, remediation system installation, and remediation system monitoring; decommissioning of tank farms; superfund site management; preparing various assessment and compliance reports for submission to federal, state and local regulatory agencies; preparing and obtaining NPDES permits; preparing SPCC Plans; designing and managing bioremediation activities.

Ms. Vanessa Koether is a GIS and CAD Specialist with 11 years of experience in GIS project management, mapping, and database development. Ms. Koether routinely performs and directs spatial analysis, database design, elevation modeling, imagery registration, coordinate conversions, custom datum creations, and data collection. Ms. Koether also provides GIS technical support and training to clients. Her mapping experience includes tax jurisdictions, voting districts, zoning, land use, crime assessment, flood, drainage, marine navigation, utility, geology, topography, vegetation, wetland determination, threatened and endangered species, mining expansion and reclamation, and other thematic map generation. Ms. Koether is skilled in using the most current software and hardware tools and geographic database resources to bring GIS solutions to real-world projects.
